Key responsibilities include: Oversee System Integration Testing (SIT) between SuccessFactors and downstream systems. Develop and manage overall testing plans, including coordination with downstream system owners, 3rd-party vendors, and system integrators. Ensure completion of all testing documentation and provide weekly status reports. Lead testing for data migration across phases: playback sessions, iterative loads, UAT, parallel payroll testing, dress rehearsal, and go-live.
