We’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Junior Estimator to join our team, based in Yatala. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in cost administration, contract administration, or site supervision who’s looking to transition into estimating and develop a long-term career in project planning and pricing. What you’ll be doing: Assisting with the preparation of tenders, cost estimates, and pricing submissions Gathering and analysing data from suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams Supporting senior estimators with bid preparation and documentation Reviewing project plans, quantities, and specifications to ensure accurate pricing Collaborating with operational and project teams to identify efficiencies and solutions About you: Background in cost administration, contract administration, or site supervision Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset Confident working with numbers, data, and project documentation Excellent communication and teamwork skills Keen to learn, grow, and build a rewarding career in estimating Culture & Benefits: At COLAS Australia our people are vital to our success.
