What you will be doing You will be a key support person across office administration and internal operations, including: Managing inboxes, calls, calendars, and day-to-day coordination Preparing documents, records, templates, and well-presented correspondence Supporting HR and payroll administration, including systems and data accuracy Supporting enrolment and enquiry systems, reporting, and data entry Coordinating meetings and training sessions, agendas, invitations, RSVPs, and follow-ups Assisting with reconciliations, expense processing, and basic bookkeeping support Keeping office systems tidy, files current, and supplies stocked Providing admin support to our Operations team, including projects and reporting Assisting with events, off-site retreats, and occasional on-the-ground coordination What success looks like Things are organised before anyone has to ask Details are accurate, consistent, and beautifully presented You are trusted to manage tasks end-to-end, with clear communication Your support makes the whole team faster and calmer What you will bring Proven admin experience, or a strong foundation with the confidence to step up Excellent written and verbal communication Strong attention to detail and pride in polished work Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to learn systems quickly and manage competing priorities A helpful, professional attitude, you are reliable, calm, and solutions-focused Discretion and maturity when handling sensitive information What you will get Competitive salary, based on experience A supportive, high-trust team environment Strong systems, clear structure, and variety in your day Genuine career development and exposure to HR, operations, and events Purpose-led work that makes a real difference
