Red Circle Recycling is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to grow revenue, increase tonnes, and expand market share across our recycled products business. You will drive sales performance, manage key accounts, and align closely with site operations to maximise output and margin. We invest in plant, maintain consistent crushing capacity, and deliver quality reliable supply our customers can plan around The Role: Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned to crushing capacity Grow volumes across PM2/20 and related products Own pricing discipline and margin performance Build relationships with civil contractors, builders and infrastructure clients Identify new project opportunities Report on sales performance and forecasts About You: 5 years’ experience in construction materials, quarrying, recycling or civil sales Demonstrated record of revenue growth Commercially aware: understands pricing and margin Confident negotiating and closing Self-driven and accountable for results What We Offer: Salary from $120,000 performance bonus Company vehicle Leadership role with direct impact on company growth Opportunity to build something meaningful in a growing sector
