The Role Reporting into the Director, you'll lead business development efforts with the autonomy to shape your approach and the accountability to deliver results. This is a hands on, broad reaching role that requires both strategic thinking and practical execution. You'll spend 50-70% of your time networking, meeting prospective clients and their families face to face, attending industry events, and building relationships across Adelaide. The remainder of your week will be office based at their Ridgehaven office location, focusing on planning, reporting, and strategy. Your key responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and convert B2B and B2C growth opportunities in the NDIS sector Develop and implement innovative business development strategies aligned with their social enterprise values Build and strengthen referral networks with key stakeholders including support coordinators, plan managers, allied health professionals, and community organisations Represent the organisation at expos, forums, and industry events Track and report on KPIs and business development metrics Ensure all activities align with NDIS practice standards, compliance obligations, and quality frameworks About You You're energised by business growth and thrive on building genuine relationships. You approach prospective clients and their families with warmth, confidence, and a sincere commitment to supporting their independence and wellbeing. You understand that success in the NDIS sector is built on trust, deep sector knowledge, and a consultative rather than transactional approach. Most importantly, you have established networks and a proven track record in NDIS business development.
