What You'll Be Doing Supporting the Lead Agent across listings and buyer management Prospecting and database follow-up (calls, check-ins, relationship building) Assisting with open homes, private inspections, and auctions Maintaining accurate client records and activity tracking Representing the brand professionally in the community Following structured prospecting and follow-up systems Reporting daily activity and progress Participating in ongoing training and skill development Our Non-Negotiables We are a reputation-driven business. Skills & Requirements Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice must be obtained within 3 months of commencement Driver's licence and reliable vehicle Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and email Organised with strong time management Good phone manner and communication skills Willingness to prospect consistently Adaptable — no two days are the same in real estate Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident Experience is welcome but not essential. Work ethic is essential.
