Requirements for this role: Looking for candidates available to work: Mon morning Tue morning Wed morning Thu morning Fri morning No experience required for this role Expected salary: $35 per hour Service Advisor / Office Admin – Ultra Lube (Midland) The Pay: $35 per hour Super The Hours: 8am–4pm (training) moving to 9am–5pm (once you’re settled) The Location: Midland, WA The Gig We’re looking for a new team member to help keep Ultra Lube running smoothly. This isn’t a typical "receptionist" role where you just sit and wait for the phone to ring. You’ll be right in the middle of the action—helping customers, hunting down parts, and keeping the workshop workflow moving. What you’ll be doing: Customer Front-of-House: Greeting people, taking vehicle details, and handling payments. Parts & Quoting: Finding and ordering parts from our suppliers. I’ll show you the ropes, but you need the "Google skills" to track things down when they're tricky. Getting Hands-on: You may be moving customer cars around the yard on occasion or heading out to a supplier to pick up parts. General Admin: Keeping our records straight and our workshop software up to date. What we need from you: Manual Driver’s License: This is a requirement as you may need to move customer cars (and plenty of them are still manuals!). Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable with a computer and can find your way around a browser. We will provide full training on our specific workshop software , but you need to be confident enough to learn a new system. The Right Attitude: Honestly? I’m looking for a "forever" staff member. If you’re sharp, reliable, and have a good attitude, I’ll teach you everything else you need to know. You don’t need to be a "car person" to work here, you just need to be a "helpful person."
