We are currently seeking a Building Support Administration Officer to join our Property and Development team . In this role, you will support the Facilities Manager in the management and delivery of the Facilities Maintenance System, ensuring maintenance activities across the organisation are completed in a timely and effective manner. This is a permanent full-time position based in Belmont. What you’ll do: Action reactive and preventative maintenance of all St John facilities Process and action administration tasks including but not limited to invoices and compliance documentation in a timely manner Maintain, monitor, and suggest improvements to essential services such as security, maintenance, cleaning, waste disposal and recycling Maintain a security system and key register for all relevant sites Build strong internal and external relationships including but not limited to contractors. What you’ll need: Strong administration and organisational skills with prior experience in a similar capacity Good attention to detail when inputting and reviewing system data Proficient MS Office skills with demonstrated experience using the entire package in a similar environment Adaptability and flexibility with the ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables A self-starter attitude with the ability to work autonomously and manage independent workload.
