Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Loan Processing & Lending Support Officer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role suits someone with strong mortgage industry experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, compliant, and efficient loan processing support. Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit loan applications via aggregator platforms (ApplyOnline, MyCRM, Flex) Collect and verify supporting documentation in line with lender and compliance requirements Liaise with brokers, lenders, solicitors, valuers and clients to progress applications Manage loan pipelines and provide regular status updates Ensure files meet NCCP compliance and internal audit standards Order valuations and pricing requests Coordinate settlements and manage post-settlement follow-up Maintain accurate CRM records and document management systems Skills & Experience Previous experience in mortgage broking, banking, or lending support ( essential ) Strong understanding of lender policies and loan structuring fundamentals Experience using CRM systems and aggregator platforms Excellent organisational and time management skills High attention to detail and compliance focus Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment If you're looking for a role where your skills are recognised, your development is supported, and your work genuinely makes an impact — we’d love to hear from you.
