About the Role: Erina Leagues Club is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Club Allrounders to join our team in Erina, NSW. This casual role offers flexible shifts across various departments, including bistro, gaming, bar, courtesy bus, reception, promotions, and bingo. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be rostered across multiple areas while having a primary department focus, ensuring excellent service and a great experience for our patrons. Available Departments & Responsibilities: Bar & Gaming Attendant Assist with the operation of gaming machines while ensuring compliance with regulations. Process payouts and provide customer assistance as needed. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee. Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations. Monitor and maintain a clean and safe gaming environment. Adhere to Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) requirements. Bistro Supervisor Oversee bistro operations and bistro staff Run the FOH Pass in conjunction with the head chef Responsible for front of house ordering and stock levels Bistro Attendant Take food orders and deliver meals efficiently. Assist in food preparation and plating as required. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and kitchen areas. Provide friendly and prompt customer service. Courtesy Bus Driver Safely transport members and guests to and from the Club in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. Hold a current NSW Driver Licence. Promotions & Bingo Assist with club promotions, raffles, and member events. Call bingo games and engage with patrons. Encourage member participation in promotions. Support the marketing team with promotional activities. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment. Barista skills are an advantage. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling. A responsible and reliable approach to work. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Current RSA and RCG certifications or willingness to obtain.
