They have a relaxed and welcoming hotel/pub venue with an alfresco-style bistro, cafe, function rooms, sports bar, and bottle shop. About The Opportunity The Venue Manager will oversee the successful operation of the Sports Bar, Bar & Bistro, Bottleshop, and gaming facilities. Some of your responsibilities will include: Ensuring guest satisfaction and a welcoming environment Leading by example with a small team of duty managers and casual staff Collaborating closely with the kitchen team to deliver a superior dining experience Opening and closing the hotel and other administrative aspects Rostering and ordering in line with agreed budgets and business goals About You The successful candidate will have: 3 years of management experience Considerable experience in Food & Beverage management Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) certifications Experience with Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs) and TAB is preferable Maturity and strong business acumen A customer-oriented approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills What's in it for You?
