Responsibilities/Missions Your main responsibilities will be to: Liaise with students and professionals looking for qualified work opportunities in Australia on a daily basis Support the team in writing attractive Job Descriptions Source candidates based on our client's requirements Shortlist candidates and lead the first round of interviews based on our robust recruitment methodology Communicate our job and internship offers on our channels and look for new ones to promote efficiently our offers and to attract more candidates Support our online marketing and communication activities for Australiance by creating visual contents, articles, newsletters and updating our website Support our internal process improvement effort as required Length: Duration: 6 months internship Type: full time OR part-time of minimum 4 days per week Start date: ASAP Requirements You are currently studying in a Business school or relevant topics such as Human Resources You have a can-do attitude, combining high-level thinking and a hands-on approach You are a fast learner and proactive in your work You have great attention to details You want to know more about the startup ecosystem Your English is fluent both written and spoken
