Description THIS OPPORTUNITY The Senior Research Executive within the Employee Experience, plays a key role in designing, managing and delivering end-to-end Employee Experience programmes. This role blends data analysis, research thinking, client consulting and project management to help organisations understand their people, identify what matters most, and create meaningful change.You'll work across both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, assisting in end-to-end research project life cycle: Lead and assist in the management of full-cycle EX programmes including design, launch, and analysis. Contribute to questionnaire design and offer methodological guidance. Transform complex data into digestible and actionable insights using various analytical platforms. Create comprehensive reports and presentations utilizing PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Develop and maintain key client relationships, acting as a contact point for smaller-scale projects. Oversee project timelines, documentation, and coordination with teams to ensure efficient project execution. Foster a team-oriented environment by supporting peers, sharing knowledge, and engaging in thought leadership and internal projects YOUR PROFILE To be successful in this role you will have a tertiary qualification, and demonstrate the following skills and attributes: 2-4 years’ experience in Employee Experience, HR, Organisational Development, Market Research, or related fields. Experience working with data, dashboards or analytical tools; able to interpret numbers confidently. Exposure to employee surveys, people analytics or HR-related research highly desirable. Qualification in Psychology, HR, Business, Research, Organisational Behaviour or related field (preferred but not essential). Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to craft clear reports, presentations and insight narratives. Strong interest in organisational behaviour, workplace culture, and employee experience. Experience using EX platforms such as Qualtrics, CultureAmp, Perceptyx, Medallia, survey tools and dashboards.
