Reporting to the Team Leader – Claims and Underwriting Administration, you’ll be accountable for: Managing the intake of new claim forms Following up outstanding documentation with members, employers, or medical practitioners Sorting, indexing, and organising incoming correspondence Writing and reviewing insurance letters Preparing WorkQ for lump sum payments and assisting with insurance queries Answering and directing inbound queries Supporting ongoing process improvements Handling records management, including liaising with external storage providers About you This role is perfect for the administration professional who loves helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.
