Job details 9/5 Roster | Day Shift Only FIFO from Brisbane or Cairns ASAP Start Available About the Client Our client operates one of the worlds largest integrated bauxite mining and export operations in Far North Queensland, producing and shipping high-quality ore while supporting regional communities and long-term resource supply About the Position Fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive Project Support Officer to join a busy Capital Delivery Projects Team. This role provides vital projects, travel, and administrative support across multiple projects and locations. Reporting to the Senior Project Support Officer, you will work closely with project leaders across several locations to ensure smooth operations and up-to-date project documentation. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and clerical support to the Projects Team Coordinate flight bookings, accommodation, and ground transport aligned to project rosters Manage large volumes of travel changes, cancellations, and urgent requests Oversee contractor inductions and onboarding processes Manage site access for team members and visitors Assist Project Superintendents with work permit requirements Manage PPE requirements and stock Schedule team meetings, take minutes, and record actions Maintain offices and crib rooms, including supplies, maintenance and cleaning coordination Schedule training and maintain Training & VOC registers Maintain office systems including SharePoint, Teams, registers, and document control Promote teamwork, communication, and knowledge sharing Support document management and maintain SharePoint sites Assist with plant and equipment administration, including hours recording and maintenance notifications Perform general duties as required to support project needs Skills and Experience Required Experience coordinating FIFO logistics and using INX, SAMS, Amex GBT, and Concur Strong customer service, administration, and organisational skills Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite Strong written and verbal communication Excellent planning, prioritisation, and time management Proactive work style with high attention to detail High level of personal integrity Ability to identify and support process improvements Valid C Class Drivers Licence Minimum 3 years experience in project or business support Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively High computer literacy, including Excel, SAP, Word, and travel management systems How to Apply: Click on the Apply button to submit your application or for more information please contact: WorkPac Principal Consultant: Georgia Guy on(08) 6462 1147 or Georgia.Guy@workpac.com quoting the below reference number.
