We are seeking an experienced Technical Service Coordinator for a fulltime ongoing position based at their Northgate office and warehouse, with regular travel to customer sites. Reporting to the National Service Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting installations, commissioning, contractor coordination, and service delivery across national projects. This is not just a coordination role. It is a hands on, impact driven position where your technical knowledge and problem solving ability directly contribute to safe, compliant, patient focused environments. Your benefits. Your key responsibilities. Collect, deliver, and assist with installation and setup of units Induct and oversee contractors at customer sites and within the warehouse Coordinate onsite works to ensure safety, quality, and timelines are met Prepare purchase orders and work orders and assist with invoice reconciliation Maintain service, compliance, and project documentation Support build and refurbishment programs Assist with Planned Preventative Maintenance coordination Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and customers Complete minor repairs where required Use hand and power tools as part of day to day service activities About you. You are a hands on professional with 3 plus years' experience in technical service coordination, installation, or field based roles. You understand project flow, contractor management, and the importance of safety and compliance. You are confident using Microsoft 365, experienced in commissioning and after sales support, and hold full working rights in Australia. You bring strong leadership capability, with the confidence to direct contractors, manage site activity, and ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently. You lead by example, communicate clearly, and take ownership of outcomes. Desirable experience includes healthcare or facilities management exposure, ISO standards, continuous improvement, or CAD software knowledge. A Class C licence is essential. Working at heights certification and a valid passport are advantageous.
