Perth, Multiple Locations Aim Dental Group Aim Dental Group operates four modern, well-equipped clinics across Perth and the Wheatbelt. We are seeking an experienced Business and/or Healthcare Manager to join our senior management team. This role works closely with the Business Owner and Accounts Officer, while leading and supporting Practice Managers across all sites. The position is responsible for strengthening compliance, supporting people and performance, overseeing key financial insights, and ensuring operational consistency across the group. Key Areas of Responsibility Compliance & Accreditation Oversee and maintain practice accreditation standards Ensure infection prevention and control compliance across all clinics Manage radiological compliance requirements Develop, implement, and review policies and procedures Maintain regulatory documentation and reporting Prepare clinics for audits and accreditation reviews HR Performance Management Support Support and guide Practice Managers in carrying out HR processes Provide direction on performance management and documentation Assist with employee relations matters Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning Ensure HR processes align with current employment legislation Financial & Commercial Oversight Working alongside the Business Owner and Accounts Officer to: Analyse financial reports, KPIs, wage ratios, and productivity metrics Highlight operational and financial areas of focus Review and update fee schedules to maintain profitability and competitiveness ⚙️ Operations & Systems Ensure policies and procedures are current and consistently implemented Drive operational consistency across all clinics Identify opportunities for operational improvement Support Practice Managers in achieving performance targets About You Experienced in a Business Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Practice Manager role Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (healthcare experience highly regarded) Confident supporting HR processes and performance management Commercially astute with strong financial literacy Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable working across multiple sites and stakeholders Why Aim Dental Group?
