What you’ll do: Learn the end-to-end mortgage broking process, from client conversations to loan settlements Work closely with experienced brokers and gain exposure to a wide range of lending scenarios Build strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and advice Assist with administration, compliance, and client communications while developing your skills as a broker What we’re looking for: Organised and detail-focused individuals who enjoy supporting a high-performing team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in administration, finance, or office support is highly regarded, but recent graduates are also welcome Eager to learn, proactive, and confident in assisting brokers and clients behind the scenes Why The Finance Nest?
