This business operates nationally and manages a workforce of approximately 400 employees across multiple sites. Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a capable payroll professional to support the payroll delivery. Your new role You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of a 400‑person payroll. Working as part of a supportive finance function, your duties will include: End‑to‑end processing of weekly/fortnightly payroll Managing onboarding, terminations, and employee changes Responding to payroll queries and providing high‑quality internal support Contributing to process improvement initiatives What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in end‑to‑end payroll Exposure to the construction industry or similar blue‑collar environments Strong understanding of superannuation and payroll legislation High attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines Strong communication skills and a proactive approach What you'll get in return You’ll join a respected organisation with a stable workforce and a collaborative culture.
