About The Opportunity In this role, you will be a trusted technical specialist supporting the administration of Super SA’s defined benefit schemes. You will: Provide expert technical advice to ensure accurate and efficient administration of accounts and benefit payments, including pensions, lump sums, family law splits, death benefits and disability claims. Review, authorise and process complex benefit calculations, ensuring compliance with legislation and delegations of authority. Guide and support colleagues by sharing your expertise and providing friendly, approachable training on scheme rules and processes. Contribute to system testing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance member experience and operational efficiency. Serve as a key point of reference for technical, legislative and operational queries across defined benefit schemes.
