We’re looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to lead and coordinate manufacturing operations in our workshop. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for: · Contributing as part of the management team across all divisions of the business · Direct supervision of workshop staff · Overseeing the training and development of all apprentices · Working closely with the estimating and engineering department on a daily basis · Scheduling and coordination of day to day production · Interpreting and communicating instructions from complex drawings and diagrams · Management of deliveries and shipments · Ensuring compliance to WHS and QA requirements To be successful in this role you will have: · Trade qualification with significant experience in a fabrication environment · Proven experience and success in a steel fabrication workshop supervision role or similar · Previous experience with and an understanding of WHS and QA If you’d like to learn more, please click the ‘Apply’ button and submit your resume (Word or PDF format), including at least two referees.
