About the role Warilla Physiotherapy is seeking a passionate and experienced Remedial Massage Therapist to join our team in Warilla, NSW 2528. This is a casual position, offering flexibility to work around your schedule. As a Remedial Massage Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive natural therapies and alternative medicine services to our clients. What you'll be doing Conducting thorough client assessments to identify areas of concern and develop personalised treatment plans Performing remedial massage techniques to alleviate muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote overall well-being. Providing guidance and advice to clients on aftercare and ongoing self-care strategies Maintaining detailed client records and documentation in line with professional standards Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as physiotherapists and exercise physiologist, to ensure a holistic approach to client care Upholding the highest standards of hygiene and safety within the clinic environment What we're looking for A minimum of 1 year experience as a Remedial Massage Therapist, preferably within a healthcare or natural therapies setting Completion of a recognised Diploma in Remedial Massage or equivalent qualification Excellent anatomy and physiology knowledge, with the ability to identify and address client concerns Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for providing exceptional client-centred care Commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and industry trends A current first aid certificate and valid working rights in Australia What we offer At Warilla Physiotherapy, we are dedicated to supporting the wellbeing and professional growth of our team.
