In this hands‑on role, you’ll learn how to apply rubber lining to tanks, valves and pipes—helping protect and extend the life of the equipment our customers rely on. You’ll get experience both in the workshop and out on site. This role suits people who have worked in, or are interested in, areas like fabrication, material handling, flooring, pattern making, or any trade where you enjoy working with your hands and building things that last. Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 6.00am - 2.30pm Friday 5.00am - 11.00am What you'll do Learn the skills for preparing vessels for application of lining by scraping or painting interior surfaces and ensuring that sandblasting has been completed appropriately. Learn all aspects of Rubber Lining applications Maintain all rubber lining and company equipment in safe and working conditions Work within safe work practices and adhere to all company values, policies, standards and procedures Identifying records and recommending or initiating action to solve problems, relating to product and process quality Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture. What you'll bring Prior experience in rubber lining in a similar position is ideal, Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Knowledge in the preparation and application of rubber and wear products and coating systems.
