Hands-on ER case management role 6-month contract, potential extension Hybrid Melbourne-based, $120k package ER Advisor – 6-Month Contract (Melbourne / Hybrid) Are you an experienced ER professional looking for a hands-on, advisory role with one of Australia’s leading online entertainment and digital wagering businesses? We’re seeking an ER Advisor on a 6-month contract (potential to extend to 12 months). The Role This is a practical, case management-focused position. You’ll work closely with the ER Lead and senior HR leadership, supporting low to mid-level misconduct cases and formal performance processes, including warnings and disciplinary outcomes. You’ll also provide guidance to People Ops colleagues on employment obligations, modern awards, and workforce matters. This is not a senior strategic role - it’s focussed on end-to-end case management and advisory support.
