Your New Role We have an exciting 12-month max-term contract opportunity to join the Member Strategy & Performance team. The remit of the department is to ensure the business plan is effective in achieving Fund’s objectives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Management, the role will work with colleagues across departments and within the Member Domain. Key responsibilities include; Supporting the delivery of Business Management & administration requirements to ensure the smooth running of operations across departments and Domain to drive operational effectiveness and efficiency Supporting aspects of Domain meeting cadence and ways of working to ensure cross functional alignment Supporting the coordination of the development of the Business Plan across the Domain including budget management Supporting the Process Optimisation and change team when required Delegate for the Senior Manager, Business Management What You’ll Need Deep understanding and experience in operations management and communication. Strong stakeholder relationship skills, including the ability to initiate, maintain and develop relationships with executives, senior leaders and peers with the objective of gaining cooperation and meeting deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication/ interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly present ideas, perspectives, and issues. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Adept at working under pressure, managing multiple conflicting priorities and meeting timeframes. Experience in process improvement and change management or similar role. Continuous improvement mindset, seeks perfection and has a true quality focus. Attention to detail and pride in performance.
