Join a high‑performing aviation engineering and supply chain team supporting one of Australia's most respected regional fleets. We're looking for a capable and proactive Materials & Logistics Analyst to manage demand, supply, and planning activities for critical aircraft parts, rotables, and tooling across the National Jet Systems (NJS) fleet. About the Role In this pivotal position, you will ensure the on-time, cost-effective supply of components needed to maintain fleet availability and meet regulatory and operational requirements. Working closely with Maintenance Watch, Maintenance Bases, CAMO Engineering teams, and external suppliers, you'll help safeguard the reliability and safety of aircraft operating across the national network. You will be responsible for developing accurate part demand forecasts , executing inventory optimisation strategies , and making independent order recommendations aligned with maintenance schedules, operational needs, and recovery of AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage daily demand and supply of expendables, rotables, and tooling to meet operational and CASA requirements. Forecast part demand and develop supply plans in alignment with maintenance programmes. Optimise inventory levels and recommend purchase or repair orders. Support AOG recovery and regulatory Airworthiness Directive (AD) compliance. Maintain strong communication across Maintenance Watch, Bases, and CAMO Engineering Fleet Management. Manage supplier relationships, pricing agreements, and performance to reduce cost and risk. Contribute to national inventory strategy and best‑practice supply chain processes within the AMO network. Ensure accurate, timely updates to stakeholders on part availability, delays, or operational impacts. About You You thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, communication, and operational readiness are critical. You enjoy solving supply chain puzzles and working across multiple teams. You will bring: Experience in aviation supply chain, MRO, logistics, planning, or similar complex technical environment (preferred). Strong analytical skills with an ability to forecast, plan, and interpret inventory data. Knowledge of CASA requirements, rotables management, or CAMO/AMO operations (advantageous). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. High attention to detail and the ability to work independently. A proactive mindset with a strong sense of operational responsibility.
