About You : Essential Qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Commerce or related field OR Equivalent practical experience in supply chain coordination. Ongoing professional development in supply chain analytics or inventory optimisation. Position Summary : The Supply Chain and Procurement Coordinator plays a key operational role in supporting Noumed Pharmaceuticals’ growing OTC portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. Based in Adelaide, this position is responsible for coordinating demand planning, procurement tracking, inventory reporting and supply performance analysis to ensure alignment between manufacturer supply, customer demand and commercial objectives. Working within a developing pharmaceutical organisation operating under cGMP standards, the role provides critical visibility across open orders, stock on hand, forecasting and expiry risk management. The coordinator will generate and maintain accurate system data (including SAP), support CMO planning activities, and deliver clear, actionable reporting to internal stakeholders to optimise inventory levels and service performance. This position offers broad exposure across supply chain, procurement, product registration support and commercial operations, providing strong autonomy and learning opportunities within a fast-growing, start-up pharmaceutical environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capability, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining compliance with GMP and company procedures. Key Requirements : Essential Experience in supply chain, procurement coordination or inventory planning (preferably within pharmaceuticals or a regulated industry). Strong understanding of demand planning and stock management principles. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, forecasting models, reporting dashboards). Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar). Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Desirable Experience working with Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs). Exposure to pharmaceutical GMP environments. Experience supporting new product launches. Pharmacy background, dispensary technician experience or pharmaceutical product knowledge. Experience in a start-up or high-growth organisation. Job Responsibility : Demand Planning & Forecasting Prepare and distribute Open Order Reports aligning manufacturer supply with customer demand. Maintain and update sales forecasts to support operational planning and inventory optimisation. Provide forecast visibility to internal stakeholders to support supply continuity. Inventory & Reporting Produce weekly and monthly Stock on Hand (SOH) reports. Prepare monthly expiry and obsolescence reports, highlighting risks and recommended actions. Deliver accurate and timely reporting on sales performance, inventory levels and expiry exposure. Manage customer performance reporting and NPSA database maintenance. Procurement & Order Management Generate and maintain purchase orders and sales orders in SAP. Track CMO open orders to ensure on-time delivery. Attend CMO production and planning meetings. Support procurement team activities and coordinate supply readiness for new product launches. Systems & Data Management Assist in SAP product registration and master data maintenance. Maintain internal and customer master data documentation. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems. Compliance & Governance Support the development and maintenance of SOPs. Maintain compliance with GMP and internal procedures. Uphold statutory standards of health, safety, hygiene and security.
