12th February, 2026 Pearl Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our client who specialises in earthworks and are a ground/civil engineering contractor based in WA. This is an ongoing position that will see you working at various sites in the Perth metro area. Excavator Operator Starting at Gnangara Depot or Other Perth Metro Sites $50.00/Hr Superannuation Travel Allowance of $25 daily Long-Term Position Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 4:00pm Overtime Saturdays Available! Requirements: Excavator ticket and previous experience operating 13t - 20t excavators Construction White Card Driver’s licence and reliable transport (HR licence advantageous but not essential) Demonstrated ability to excavate common service trenches (100m daily), including around power, NBN, water and gas services Ability to pass a medical and drug & alcohol assessment Strong understanding of machinery pre-start checks, including greasing and refuelling Competent in reading and interpreting plans, and working collaboratively with a labourer to achieve accurate levels and efficient pipe laying To Apply: If you would like to chat about this position, we would love to hear from you!
