Acting as a key link between consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, you’ll ensure smooth project execution and provide critical analytical and planning support. Highly active acquisition activity has resulted in over 10 new projects being confirmed for the next 2 years. Key Responsibilitie s Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and local authorities to meet project milestones Assist in developing, advising on, and tracking project plans and timelines Support the implementation of project management systems and tools Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation Foster strong working relationships with key partners, including contractors and planning bodies Help align priorities and keep stakeholders informed throughout each stage of development About You We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for property development and a desire to grow within a purpose-driven business.
