PERMANENT FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITY FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS UP TO $120K SUPER We are seeking an motivated HR Advisor to join a long-standing civil infrastructure company delivering projects across Australia and New Zealand. The organisation has built a strong reputation as a trusted provider of civil construction services with major councils, local government authorities and industry partners to deliver high-quality and enduring outcomes. Reporting to the HR manager, the successful candidate will provide end-to end HR and administrative support through the employee lifecycle. You will have a strong focus on recruitment and onboarding, particularly for a blue-collar workforce, which will comprise approximately 30% of the role. The remaining time dedicated to broader HR generalist responsibilities. What You'll Be Responsible For: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding including preparations of employee contracts Management of recruitment activities such as advertising, shortlisting, interviewing & recruitment reporting to management Interpret, assist and implement HR policies and procedures Application & understanding of Modern Awards, pay rates and Enterprise Agreements Support low level employee relations matters Maintain HR systems (ELMO), payroll integrations and employee records The Requirements: Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Officer position Experience working with a civil contractor or in the construction industry Proven experience supporting a blue-collar workforce is preferred In-depth understanding of HR legislation, including the FWA, Australian employee relations frameworks, awards and legislative standards Strong attention to detail & time management skills Excellent communication skills; written and verbal Shortlisting will commence immediately, click apply now or please email your resume to zenithsearch.com All communication and your resume is treated strictly confidential and will be kept completely private until we have discussed the role and you are comfortable to move forward with the opportunity.
