About the role Reporting to the Manager People Construction, you’ll provide strategic and operational guidance to both Head office and site-based teams across all areas of human resources in our Construction team. Key Responsibilities in the role will include; Partner with and provide guidance to our business and leaders through a thorough understanding of human resources practices and facilitate delivery of initiatives that are practical and impactful Conduct workplace investigations and case management Lead the effective application and interpretation of enterprise agreements, modern awards employment contracts and other legislation as required Manage workplace investigations and redeployment processes Lead as a change champion and contribute to our continuous improvement and change strategies, Contribute to the design and implementation of relevant human resources services, policies and strategies Act as a subject matter expert, coach and mentor senior leaders around all people related issues and initiative What you’ll bring to the team Demonstrated experience in a HR generalist role operating in a similar role & industry In depth knowledge to leading investigations and disciplinary processes Demonstrated ability to manage and engage key stakeholders across multiple teams, sites and locations Demonstrated ability to adjust strategies and plans to meet changing priorities Highly developed problem-solving skills with the ability to find contemporary solutions Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to partner with others to influence change at all levels About MinRes Mineral Resources Ltd (ASX: MIN) is a leading diversified resources company with extensive operations in lithium, iron ore, energy and mining services across Western Australia.
