About your role: Effectively manage self-development and work with the Nurse Unit Manager to meet unit nursing staff development needs. Effectively communicate at all levels across the organisation to promote effective team functioning. Apply contemporary human resource management principles to ensure that the unit working environment meets legislative standards and CHHHS policies and procedures.
