Work within the Obstetrics and Gynaecology department to achieve advanced skills and fulfil the criteria for the associate training program (procedural and advanced procedural) with The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) or to develop skills and experience in the field in preparation for a possible specialist training. You will work within the Obstetrics and Gynaecology specialist team which deliver high-quality outpatient and inpatient services to patients who require assessment and treatment in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. About your role: Demonstrate sustained meritorious achievement in the areas of clinical excellence and a significant level of contribution to fostering and promoting high standards in the provision of public health services. Care for public patients referred to Antenatal Clinic and Gynaecology who require assessment and management of their complex pregnancies and women's health presentations. Management in the acute settings of the birthing suite, Maternity Assessment centre, Emergency department referrals for Gynaecological problems, under the supervision of the specialist team, including after hours and nights duties. Attendance in the operating theatre sessions as rostered, and in emergent settings as needed, to assist and learn from the specialists.
