WA Country Health Service – Coordinator of Nursing (Cancer Services) This is a Fixed term part-time appointment (38 hours per fortnight) until 30 June 2027 with possibility of extension and permanency. Position Profile: The Clinical Nurse Consultant-Oncology Coordination (Urology) position is funded through a partnership with the McGrath Foundation. This position provides care, information, and support for people with urological cancer across the continuity of care pathways and multidisciplinary teams in the community and within remote Health Services. Cancer specific training can be provided to suitable applicants as per below for those applicants who do not possess a post graduate qualification in Cancer Nursing. The role provides advanced clinical urology cancer nursing knowledge with a WACHS wide remit for uro-oncology services. The position demonstrates leadership and role modelling and promotes the maintenance of clinical standard setting and monitoring, policy development and change management to improve the urology cancer patient’s journey.
