Yard Hand With continued growth and increasing demand, we are seeking a motivated and reliable Yard Hand to join our busy Landscape Yard team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating machinery, and being part of a hardworking team. You will assist with the day-to-day operations of the yard, ensuring materials are handled efficiently, equipment is maintained, and safety standards are upheld at all times. About the Role As a Yard Hand, you will: Operate a Wheel Loader (essential) Assist with loading and dispatch of landscape materials Operate tipper trucks (training provided if required) Support general yard duties and maintenance Ensure compliance with WHS policies and safety procedures Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth operations To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have: Proven Wheel Loader experience ( essential ) HR Unrestricted Licence Tipper experience (desirable but not essential – training provided) Strong mechanical aptitude Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment A reliable, honest, and team-focused work ethic Strong attention to detail Good communication skills A positive, can-do attitude Commitment to workplace safety and best practice Why Join Us?
