To support this transition, we are seeking an experienced Electrification Specialist based in Orange (NSW or Neerabup (WA) to play a critical technical role across electrified mining platforms throughout the APAC region. The Role You will act as a subject matter expert across mobile and fixed electrification systems, supporting project delivery, operational readiness, and field reliability for customers and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Technical leadership across mine and tunnel electrical infrastructure, chargers, LV/HV BEVs, hybrid-electric and electric drilling platforms Supporting electrification projects, new product introductions, and electric conversions Providing expert field support for diagnostics, tooling, safety, air conditioning, and training Ensuring compliance with Australian Standards (AS), IEC standards, and electrical safety requirements Advising on safe handling and storage of dangerous goods (DG) Acting as a key technical contact for customers across performance, safety, and reliability Supporting regional and international projects across APAC About You You are a hands-on, solutions-focused professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and enjoys working at the forefront of electrification technology.
