What You Will Be Doing: WorkPac are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative / Storeperson to join a busy warehouse and trade counter operation based in Osborne Park. This role combines hands-on warehouse duties with customer service responsibilities, supporting both internal teams and trade customers. The position will operate Monday to Friday within standard business hours. You will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations while providing customer service assistance to trade clients. Duties will include operating a forklift to safely move HVAC equipment and materials, picking and packing customer orders, receiving and checking incoming stock, and maintaining accurate inventory records within internal systems. You will also assist customers at the trade counter, process sales orders and invoices, respond to phone and email enquiries, and work closely with internal sales and logistics teams to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently. Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment will also form an important part of the role.
