23rd February, 2026 Pearl Recruitment are looking for a reliable Production Labourer / Storeperson for our client who is a respected provider to the marine, mining & defence industry. Based in the North-eastern suburbs of Perth, this role offers an immediate start. We are looking for a motivated individual seeking a long-term career within a specialised industry. Position Details: Reporting to the Production and Warehouse Leading Hand, you will work as part of a small team responsible for manufacturing and preparing orders for upcoming client projects Operate forklifts to safely move oversized products throughout the warehouse and yard Perform rope splicing and conduct QA/QC testing to ensure product integrity Accurately pack and prepare orders for dispatch to both local and remote clients Carry out general yard duties, including stock relocation and material clean-up, within a team-oriented environment Unload containers and perform regular heavy lifting as part of daily warehouse operations Provide basic support with the internal ERP system and Excel spreadsheets for receipting, stock tracking, and monitoring order production Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and operational efficiency Occasionally attend 2–3 day remote site visits for hands-on experience and further skill development (including site uplift responsibilities - total time away around 2 weeks per year About You: To be successful in the position, you will require the following: Be proactive, motivated and detail-oriented with strong communication skills to work within a team environment Hold full Australian working rights Able to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol assessment Possess a valid driver’s licence and have reliable transport Forklift licence or rigging licence (highly regarded but not essential) Previous experience in a workshop, factory, or on-site labouring/construction environment Pay Rates, Shifts & What’s in It for You You’ll be well rewarded with a competitive starting pay rate of $35.00 - $45.00 per hour superannuation discretionary performance bonus. Following the successful completion of your probation period, rates can see a further increase depending on your performance. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 3:30pm.
