Are you an experienced hospitality manager looking for your next challenge? The Beach House is searching for a Food and Beverage Manager to assist with leading our front of house team. Reporting to the Venue Manager, the Food and Beverage Manager will oversee: Staff training and development, including rostering Stock and inventory management End of day reporting processes, and more This is a new role and applicants have the opportunity to make it their own. Our venue offers a fresh and energetic atmosphere where great food, drinks, and service come together. Whether it's a casual lunch or a buzzing dinner service, we aim to create memorable moments for every guest. What You'll Bring Strong verbal and digital communication skills Passion for the industry – keeping up to date with trends Experience leading a FOH team of 20 employees and ability to manage, motivate and train staff Knowledge of rostering systems and ability to meet wage targets Strong understanding of stock and inventory processes Beer, wine and cocktail knowledge. A current Western Australian RSA and Approved Manager’s Certification.
