About This Role On behalf of our client, a World Leading Energy Company, Brunel is presently recruiting a Subsea Facilities Planner to join the Capital Projects Cost Engineering and Project Services Team. You will work closely with Project Management and Delivery Teams across a dynamic portfolio of offshore facilities scopes. Develop and maintain detailed work plans and execution schedules for FEED and Phase 4 Execution aligned to Capital Project phases and handover requirementsLogical planning and scheduling of work scope activitiesDevelop and maintain Basis of Schedule documentationConduct schedule analysis, trending, change management, and contingency managementLead probabilistic schedule risk analysis (Monte Carlo simulations, sensitivities, scenario planning)Perform schedule risk management including risk and opportunity-based scenario analysisLead schedule benchmarking and establish competitive performance targetsProgress and performance measurement reportingCollaborate with Cost teams to implement WBS and OBS for predictable forecastingReview and challenge contractor schedules, risks, and trends prior to integrationSupport business planning updates, monthly reporting, and funding requestsContribute to closeout reporting and lessons learned incorporation Requirements An experienced Planner with expertise in Subsea Systems and offshore project environmentsProven experience in complex capital project planning and schedulingStrong schedule risk management capability including Monte Carlo analysisExperience working across multiple scopes at varying project maturity levelsExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsAbility to articulate schedule risks and propose mitigation strategiesStrong analytical capability with a proactive, independent work styleA growth mindset and willingness to challenge traditional ways of workingInnovative thinking and a drive for continuous improvement Benefits Excellent negotiable day rate!Flexible working arrangementsSalary sacrificingEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Corporate discounts About Brunel Brunel is a recruitment and flexible workforce solution provider which connects talented people with opportunities throughout Australasia and around the world.
