The key duties of the position include: The ATO is hosting applications for the Australian Government (AG) HR Graduate Program on behalf of the Australian Public Service (APS). Please be assured that you are applying for the AG HR Graduate Program and will be considered for all participating agencies through this one application. Graduate placements will be at the APS3 or APS4 level, determined by individual APS Agency Enterprise Agreements. You can view the Work Level Standards for information about APS levels. Applicants will be assessed at both the APS3 and APS4 level. Eligibility To be eligible to apply to the AG HR Graduate Program your completed degree or current university studies must include a major in HR. Suitable degree areas may include Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Psychological science, Commerce and Arts.
