The RoleWe're seeking a driven and relationship-focused member to join our team part-time (3–4 days per week). You'll be the face of our brand, building connections with commercial clients across South Australia and Australia while promoting our innovative mattress range. Key ResponsibilitiesProactively prospect, visit, and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in: Motels, Hotels, Resorts & Serviced apartments Holiday Parks, Caravan Parks & Short stay rentals Aged Care Facilities, Retirement villages, Hospitals and Rehabilitation centres Boarding schools, Universities and International student accommodation providers Mining camps (FIFO/DIDO), Construction site accommodation, Emergency services accommodation and other Government accommodation services Resellers, distributors and retail stores* Other commercial customer groupsUnderstand client needs and recommend tailored mattress solutions.Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and account management and use CRM tools to drive the full sales cycle.Proven sales experience (B2B or hospitality industry preferred).Self-starter attitude – you thrive on autonomy and love hitting the road!Sell products displayed in the showroom, providing demonstrations and product recommendations. ProvideExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.Knowledge of SA's regional hospitality/accommodation sector (a strong advantage).Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively across SA (up to 70% of work time).Ability to work independently 3–4 days per week (flexible days).Represent Elite Bedding at industry events or trade shows (occasionally).Collaborate with our manufacturing team to ensure client requirements are met.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to use CRM systems confidently.Submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
