This role supports the end-to-end development lifecycle, working closely with the Origination Manager to progress projects from early-stage development through to financeable, construction-ready status. You will coordinate consultants, manage approvals, support grid connection activities, and contribute to the organisation’s broader market presence. Key Responsibilities Project DevelopmentSupport projects from early development through to development closeManage project programs, budgets, documentation, and reportingCoordinate technical studies including site surveys, bushfire, acoustic, and environmental assessmentsSupport development approvals and EPBC Act compliance Stakeholder & Client EngagementBuild and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and delivery partnersLiaise with State and Federal Government departments to support approvalsManage community consultation activities where requiredEnsure clear and consistent communication on project progress Land & ApprovalsAssist with securing site options, leases, and site-specific permitsSupport landowner and stakeholder engagement activities Grid ConnectionSupport grid connection applications and study packagesCoordinate with network service providers, regulators, and internal grid teams ReportingPrepare regular internal and client-facing project status reportsDeliver ad-hoc reporting as required About YouYou will bring experience supporting the development of utility-scale renewable energy projects and be confident managing consultants, approvals, and multidisciplinary workstreams. Experience:Utility-scale solar and/or stand-alone BESS development experienceConsultant and stakeholder management across development phasesExposure to grid connection and regulatory approval processesStrong project administration, document control, and reporting capabilityExperience managing project programs and budgetsHigh proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe AcrobatStrong written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to travel on an ad-hoc basisExperience working within multidisciplinary project teams
