As our Bellarine Peninsula portfolio continues to progress, we are strengthening our in-house sales capability with an experienced operator. The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Land Sales Consultant to support in-house land sales across Ample’s Bellarine Peninsula projects. This is a hands-on role centred on driving buyer conversion, follow-up administration, and delivering results. It is ideal for an experienced land sales professional who thrives on autonomy, takes ownership, and enjoys contributing to a small, accountable team. This is a permanent part-time opportunity of 22.8–30.8 hours per week. Please note that Saturday is a required working day. However, we are flexible in arranging the remaining hours across the week to support buyer follow-up and sales activity. You’ll be required to travel to the Bellarine Peninsula for key sales activities, land releases and scheduled meetings, with flexibility outside of these times. Key Responsibilities Manage and convert buyer enquiries from initial contact through to contract Own CRM-driven follow-up, pipeline management, and accurate record keeping Support purchasers through the sales and contract process Conduct on-site inspections and scheduled buyer appointments Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for approved volume builders, supporting buyer referrals and coordinated releases Support land releases, open days, and scheduled on-site sales activity Participate in weekly sales reporting and sales meetings Build relationships with local community businesses and stakeholders to foster positive engagement and awareness About You You are an experienced land sales professional who is: Sales-driven , with a strong focus on conversion and follow-through Detail-oriented and disciplined with CRM and process Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of outcomes Professional, reliable, and commercially aware Flexible and buyer-focused in your working style Genuinely cares about the outcomes you deliver for the people you work with.
