Your new role The ICT Account Manager is responsible for delivering effective ICT account management services across multiple sites, ensuring technical needs, business requirements, and service delivery objectives are met. The role acts as the central interface between sites and the full spectrum of ICT services, contributing expertise to systems planning, implementation, and service improvement. You will lead collaborative relationships, drive ICT infrastructure planning, and support decision-makers by providing expert advice on ICT risks, opportunities, and emerging trends. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and management of strong stakeholder relationships within an assigned region. Gather and manage complex ICT business requirements, issues, and objectives. Provide high-level advice to leaders on ICT options, risks, dependencies and system implications. Oversee, plan and implement ICT infrastructure programs and reforms. Lead a team of ICT professionals, including coaching, development and performance management. Develop and maintain customer engagement strategies, processes and documentation. Contribute to strategic ICT planning, business plans, policy development and service delivery strategies. Ensure a safe working environment by proactively identifying and reporting incidents or hazards. What you'll need to succeed Strong ICT account management capability with experience delivering high-quality service outcomes. Proven stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build confidence and trust. High-level written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation and consultation. Demonstrated judgement and initiative in resolving complex technical issues. Broad ICT expertise across business applications, networks, and customer-centric solutions. Significant ICT project management experience using contemporary frameworks and methods. Strong customer service orientation, with experience developing customer engagement plans.
