Contract Opportunity based in Adelaide CBDAdelaide CBD9-Month ContractStart Date: As soon as possibleRate: $100 - $110 per hour Your new company A leading higher-education institution is seeking an experienced IT Organisational Change Manager to support a major multi-year IT transformation portfolio. Working within the organisation's IT Change Management function, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption of the institution's IT Initiatives while minimising disruption to BAU operations. Your new role In this role, you will: Lead organisational change activities across complex cyber security, AI and digital programs Engage stakeholders to build understanding, readiness, and buy-in for new platforms, controls, and ways of working Assess and manage change impacts across people, process, and technology Develop clear, compelling, enterprise-wide communication strategies Coordinate training and enablement activities to support adoption across academic and professional staff Monitor adoption, resistance, and change risks Produce high-quality change artefacts, plans, and communication materials What you'll need to succeed 5 years' experience delivering large-scale IT organisational change within complex environments Experience supporting cyber security programs or major ICT initiatives Proven ability to drive behavioural change and deep stakeholder engagement Strong capability in enterprise-wide communication planning and execution Skilled in tailoring change approaches for diverse stakeholder groups Ability to build strong relationships What you'll get in return Qualifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci), Agile, or Human-Centred Design Previous experience in higher education Experience supporting Cyber Security and/or AI initiatives What you need to do now If you're an experienced IT Change Manager, please send your updated CV to hayden.brennen@hays.com.au . 2983947
