About the Role We’re looking for an organised, proactive and detail‑driven Project Coordinator to join our Transformation team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of critical business and technology initiatives. As the Project Coordinator, you’ll provide essential coordination, governance and administrative support across multiple workstreams within our Transformation Program. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, the Program Manager, Digital & Technology teams, Enterprise Services, and legal practices to ensure our projects run smoothly, efficiently and on schedule. This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and enjoys working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders. About You You are organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple tasks. You take pride in accuracy, communication and stakeholder engagement. You bring: Skills & Attributes Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence (basic to intermediate). Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint). Understanding of project management methodologies and governance frameworks. High integrity when handling sensitive information. Experience & Qualifications 2 years’ experience in PMO, Project Coordination or junior PM roles—preferably in transformation or software implementation environments. Experience managing basic project finances. Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery environments (sprints, backlogs, showcases). Project management certification and/or experience in legal/professional services (desirable).
