This is a commercially focused Learning Experience Designer position sitting at the centre of our growth strategy. You will partner directly with Retail and Operations leaders to identify capability gaps and design modern, scalable learning solutions that lift performance across a national footprint. The Mandate Your immediate priority will be conducting structured Training Needs Analysis across Retail, Distribution and Corporate functions, identifying capability gaps impacting: Sales conversion and product expertise Customer experience consistency Leadership accountability Operational execution and compliance Safety and risk management You will translate business strategy into measurable learning priorities that produce tangible performance outcomes. What You Will Design and Lead Blended, digital and on-the-job learning experiences Scalable programs for Business Managers, 12V Sales Managers, Customer Experience Managers and Despatch Managers Sales capability and category depth uplift initiatives Operational capability programs across Click & Collect, claims, returns, inventory and store standards Microlearning and performance support tools SCORM-based digital learning with external providers End-to-end program lifecycle from brief through rollout and impact measurement This role requires pace, influence and disciplined execution. What We’re Looking For You are commercially astute and comfortable engaging senior retail leaders as subject matter experts. You understand high-growth environments and know how to link learning investment to performance uplift. You will bring: 4–5 years in retail learning, capability or performance roles Strong grounding in adult learning science and behaviour change Demonstrated experience designing scalable learning solutions Experience with LMS platforms such as Employment Hero, Go1 or UKG Experience managing external learning vendors Confidence influencing senior stakeholders A bias toward execution and measurable outcomes Relevant tertiary qualifications are desirable but real-world impact matters most.
