About the Role Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role within our National Field Sales team. This is a hands‑on position where you lead from the front — coaching your team in the field, driving commercial outcomes, and building a culture of accountability and performance. What You’ll Be Doing Spend 2–3 days per week in the field coaching and supporting your team Build a results‑driven, accountable culture aligned to strategy and KPIs Provide accurate market insights and regional performance updates through weekly and monthly reporting Develop and deliver professional sales presentations to elevate customer engagement Build customer budgets across the portfolio and manage promotional activity Oversee point‑of‑sale execution in line with Lactalis go‑to‑market guidelines About You You’re a commercially minded leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. You bring strong business acumen, a passion for coaching, and the ability to influence outcomes.
