Short Description: Looking for ServiceNow ITOM Lead Location: Perth, Australia (OR) Anywhere in Australia Salary Range: 108,571- 119,893 (Annual Gross) Please Note: The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes ServiceNow ITOM Lead -Role Overview Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions, ensuring robust Discovery, accurate CMDB, real‑time visibility, and automated operations across the enterprise IT landscape. Key Responsibilities Drive end‑to‑end delivery of ITOM modules : Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration. Architect scalable ITOM solutions aligning with infra, cloud, and network strategies. Ensure CMDB health, dependency mapping, and service‑level visibility. Implement monitoring/event integrations (e.g., SolarWinds, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Zabbix). Lead automation using Flow Designer , Orchestration , and IntegrationHub . Govern ITOM standards, MID Server strategy, and data quality frameworks. Mentor developers/analysts and work closely with infra/cloud/DevOps teams. Skills & Experience 7 years of ServiceNow experience with deep expertise in ITOM suite. Hands‑on with Discovery patterns, probes, sensors, identification rules, and reconciliation. Strong knowledge of CMDB data models (CSDM) and service dependency mapping. Experience integrating ITOM with monitoring and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Strong scripting (JavaScript), API integrations, and troubleshooting skills. Certifications: CSA mandatory; CIS‑Discovery, CIS‑Event Management, or ITOM Specialist preferred PREFERRED Experience authoring ITSM policies, SOPs, standards, operational models, runbooks, and training assets. Hands-on expertise as a ServiceNow power/expert user across ITSM and ITOM modules. (ServiceNow admin capability is a beneficial extra but not required.) Practical experience with CMDB governance, service mapping, CI lifecycle management, and data quality improvement.
